7.1. We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. However, in order to maintain the efficiency of our operations and provide the best service to all our customers, we implement the following cancellation policy:
7.2. No Refund Policy. All bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable. Once a booking is made and confirmed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to changes in travel plans, personal emergencies or any other circumstances.
7.3. Rescheduling. In some cases, we may be able to accommodate requests for rescheduling, subject to availability. Please contact us directly to discuss rescheduling options.
7.4.1 Cancellation Notification (private / group tuition). If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us within 48 hours for a full refund. While we cannot provide refunds, informing us of cancellations in advance allows us to potentially offer the space to other customers and manage our schedule more effectively.
7.5. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other emergencies, we reserve the right to cancel bookings without prior notice. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify affected customers as soon as possible and provide alternative arrangements if feasible.
7.6. No Show Policy. Failure to arrive for a booked reservation without prior notification will result in the forfeiture of the entire booking amount, with no option for refund or rescheduling.
By making a reservation with West Coast Parkour, you agree to abide by this cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
